Torch Restaurant

After watching Minions, we decided to try Torch Restaurant Trinoma branch

Nice Ambiance

Number 3 on the waiting list :0

Complimentary fried and lightly salted Pasta Noodles ..my boys enjoyed it while waiting for our food

Wakame Salmon..
Nice presentation but will not order again :(

Seafood Panizza
Their Panizza is a let down--some parts have "fishy"taste
I'd still prefer C Italian's Panizza..This didn't come close to what I remembered Panizza to be

This saves the night for Torch --US Angus Tenderloin Salpicao Medallion
Served on a marble hot stone placed on top of a chafing dish burner
We ordered ours medium, so the continuous heat will eventually cook the lovely Angus to  medium well--just right for my boys :p
Eye-rolling moment haha!

As if , there was not enough protein-- they tried the Beef Belly Short Plate.  My boys were happy! Enough said :)
It's safe to conclude that PROTEINS reclaimed the night

Prior to this though, I had my tummy filled already while watching Minions (Gongcha Miltea and Wai Lana Cassava Chips) . But for my boys --well surely those meats were a hit :)

TOTAL DAMAGE
The Asian-Western Fusion dishes of Torch were so interesting that we will definitely come back.
But today it's a 3 out of 5 for us :)
