| So here comes the phalanx of this soupy dumpling-- steamed fresh, the skin is not too thick and not too thin, the level of meat and the clarity of soup is well-balanced :) |

| My personal favorite-- Noodle with Spicy Chicken- the cold noodle is a perfect accompaniment to the Spicy almost like Hainanese Chicken with lots of Chili. When you mix them together and they start to roll in your mouth--- HAPPINESS |
