Impressed by IMPRESSIONS

Two days after Mikko's birthday, we went to Impressions at Resorts World Manila to have an intimate celebration with just us -- the three minions of mega meals! :p

There's an intimate and romantic vibe as you enter Impressions. It's a relatively small restaurant and may be described as a "just-the-two-of-us rendezvous"  :) However, the Sunday Brunch buffet was well dominated by families and a lot of little children tagging along :)

 If you are used to big buffets like Spiral in Sofitel then at first glance you might get disappointed with the few selections at Impressions.... BUT everything HERE screams QUALITY and not quantity :)

Panna Cotta. The hot plate on top is used for crepe when you want it and served with Italian Gelato  ask the servers for the flavors  available for the day (yes, they make their own Gelato)

you can order Churros if you like ,but honestly--I'd still take Dulcinea's Churros con Tsokolate anytime..

and how else would you digest all those yumminess? Since we are not wine drinkers we asked for Coffee and Tea.--My husband was very fascinated with the block sugars. He asked me to look for some at the grocery. hehehe :)

and what a way to end the hearty meal --A complimentary cake coupled with a birthday song from the staff of  Impressions.. as always we thank the Lord for the blessing of a dearest son :)
