I'm a 30-something Dabawenya turned Bulakenya -- born and raised in Davao and got married and now living in Bulacan! I'm a mommy to 12-year-old Johann Mikko and the one and only Mrs. of Mr. Jomar Arcega. I'm also a proud Marian devotee.
I love to cook for my two perpetually hungry babies. I also love to eat and explore different cuisines and I have a very bad weakness to sweets. A few years ago together with a couple of friends, I ran a small restaurant in Baliuag called Willy's. The business is already closed but what has not stopped is passion for food. So in this blog, expect a lot of posts about my eating and cooking adventures whether in my own kitchen, in restaurants in Manila, or even as far as China, a place I always visit to keep tabs with our family's roots.
I'm also into fashion particularly accessories. My style icon is Angelina Jolie! Fangirl here! I take inspiration from her looks and from there I design elegant jewelry for any occasion or moments in life. My rings have made it to numerous engagements and weddings already, and my necklaces, earrings, and bracelets have been turned into memorable presents marking debuts and other milestones. I also buy and sell luxury brand bags.
I've been through a lot of challenges in my life and I have to say that what has kept me going is my FAITH in God. This blog may present me as a very privileged woman but I would like to say rather that I am simply BLESSED. All Glory and Honor to God Always!
